Terms and Conditions
Article 1
These general terms and conditions apply to all services carried out by Nurturing Neurodiversity Netherlands.
Article 2
In consultation with the client, the agreement and plan for services will be established verbally. This will include the location of
support, frequency, and an estimated duration of services.
Article 3
An expanded written agreement and (therapeutic) plan for services can be created at the request of the client or the client’s caregiver. This written agreement will be created after an average of three sessions or contact moments. This plan will outline the primary help question(s) for the client and the objective of the support. This is not a fixed document; it is a working document between the therapist and client.

All therapeutic plans, session notes, and client information are stored in a data-protected system, pratijkonline, https://www.

Article 5
Nurturing Neurodiversity Netherlands will invoice the client no later than seven working days after the service has taken place. All

Article 6
The cost declared in the invoice by Nurturing Neurodiversity Netherlands to the client must be paid by the client within fourteen days
of the date of the invoice. Fees are agreed in advance with the client.
Article 7
If the payment declared in the invoice is not received fourteen days after the invoice date, Nurturing Neurodiversity Netherlands will remind the client (free of charge) to make the payment transfer. If there is a further delay in payment that extends beyond seven days after the client is reminded, a charge of 5% of the total invoice will be applied every seven days thereafter until payment is received.
Article 8
Nurturing Neurodiversity Netherlands is part of A.L. Read praktijk voor Dramatherapie. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) nr 28117060. It
is the responsibility of Nurturing Neurodiversity Netherlands to ensure all relevant details are specified on invoices and bank account
transactions shared with clients.
Article 9
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. In the event of no cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours, the client will be charged for the booked appointment. In the event of a no-show by the client, they will also be charged for the booked appointment.
Article 10
If Nurturing Neurodiversity Netherlands cancels the appointment, the client will not incur any charges.
Article 11
The client is responsible for making any claims to their insurance company. Nurturing Neurodiversity Netherlands has no role in the communication/claim process with insurance companies.
Article 12
Nurturing Neurodiversity Netherlands is registered with a complaints organisation based in The Netherlands. If you have a complaint
about the support you have been given by Annabelle, and it is not possible to solve this together then you as a client can be in contact

Article 13
If Annabelle van Nieuwkoop-Read is no longer able to be in contact with her clients due to death, accident, or sudden sickness, a mental
health professional has been named to carry out the following tasks:
1. Contact all clients via email or telephone call.
2. Assist clients (when needed) with arranging appropriate alternative support.
For this reason, the named person has the login details for Nurturing Neurodiversity Netherlands to www.praktijk.online.nl. This online
platform contains the contact information of clients who are receiving services from Annabelle. The named person agrees that in no
other circumstances will she access or attempt to access these details. The named person is aware and agrees that by doing so she will
breach confidentiality and is liable to consequences for doing so. Clients can request the contact details of this named person and a
copy of the agreement made between Annabelle and the named person.
