Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I do not have an official diagnosis, would you still be open to working with me?
A: I do not require my clients to have a diagnosis. I often work with people who identify as Neurodivergent but have not had this confirmed via a diagnosis. You are welcome with or without a diagnosis!

Q: Are your services Gender affirming and how do you approach this in your sessions with clients?
A: Many of my clients identify as being in the LGBTQIA+ community. I understand that my client’s experiences of gender affirmation can be an important part of what they are seeking in support. I am here to support both neurodiversity and gender affirmation goals in ways that respect and embrace all of my clients. This is important to me, although I am not part of this community, I myself identify as a cishet woman in a monogamous marriage.

Q: Are you committed to creating an anti-racist culture in your practice?
A: I am committed to creating an anti-racist culture in my practice. I stand against the injustice against racialised communities. I am on a committed journey to understanding my privileges and recognising my unconscious biases. I strive to enter brave conversations with clients and colleagues about issues of race, power, discrimination, and privilege.
