This will include the location of support, frequency, and an estimated duration of services.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Article 3\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An expanded written agreement and (therapeutic) plan for services can be created at the request of the client or the client&#8217;s caregiver. This written agreement will be made after an average of three sessions or contact moments. This plan will outline the primary help question(s) for the client and the objective of the support. This is not a fixed document; it is a working document between the therapist and client.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Article 4<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All therapeutic plans, session notes, and client information are stored in a data-protected system, pratijkonline, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.praktijkonline.com\/praktijksoftware\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.praktijkonline.com\/praktijksoftware\/.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Article 5<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nurturing Neurodiversity Netherlands will invoice the client no later than seven working days after the service has taken place. An approved data-protected system, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.praktijkonline.com\/praktijksoftware\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.praktijkonline.com\/praktijksoftware\/<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, generates all invoices<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.praktijkonline.com\/praktijksoftware\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/a><\/p><p><b>Article 6<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The cost declared in the invoice by Nurturing Neurodiversity Netherlands must be paid by the client within fourteen days of the invoice date. Fees are agreed in advance with the client. Fees are stated here: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nurturingneurodiversity.nl\/fees\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.nurturingneurodiversity.nl\/fees\/<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Article 7<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the payment declared in the invoice is not received fourteen days after the invoice date, Nurturing Neurodiversity Netherlands will remind the client (free of charge) to make the payment transfer. If there is a further delay in payment that extends beyond seven days after the client is reminded, a charge of 5% of the total invoice will be applied every seven days thereafter until payment is received.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Article 8<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nurturing Neurodiversity Netherlands is part of A.L.Read praktijk voor Dramatherapie. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) nr 28117060. It is the responsibility of Nurturing Neurodiversity Netherlands to ensure all relevant details are specified on invoices and bank account transactions shared with clients.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Article 9<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. In the event of no cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours, the client will be charged for the booked appointment. In the event of a no-show by the client, they will also be charged for the booked appointment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Article 10<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If Nurturing Neurodiversity Netherlands cancels the appointment, the client will not incur any charges.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><b>Article 11<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The client is responsible for making any claims to their insurance company. Nurturing Neurodiversity Netherlands has no role in the communication\/claim process with insurance companies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Article 12<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nurturing Neurodiversity Netherlands is registered with a complaints organisation based in the Netherlands. If you have a complaint about the support you received from Annabelle, and it cannot be resolved, you can contact &#8220;Erisietsmisgegaan&#8221;:<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/erisietsmisgegaan.nl\/aangesloten-zorgverleners\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">http<\/span><\/a><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/erisietsmisgegaan.nl\/aangesloten-zorgverleners\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s:\/\/<\/span><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/erisietsmisgegaan.nl\/aangesloten-zorgverleners\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">erisietsmisgegaan.nl\/aangesloten-zorgverleners\/<\/span><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/erisietsmisgegaan.nl\/aangesloten-zorgverleners\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or CAMcoop <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.camcoop.nl\/index\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.camcoop.nl\/index<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Article 13<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If Annabelle van Nieuwkoop-Read is no longer able to be in contact with her clients due to death, accident, or sudden sickness, a mental health professional has been named to carry out the following tasks:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Contact all clients via email or telephone call.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Assist clients (when needed) with arranging appropriate alternative support<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For this reason, the named person has the login details for Nurturing Neurodiversity Netherlands, accessible at <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.praktijk.online.nl\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.praktijk.online.nl<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This online platform contains the contact information of clients receiving services from Annabelle. The named person agrees that she will not access or attempt to access these details in any other circumstances. The named person is aware and agrees that, if she does so, she will breach confidentiality and is liable for any consequences that may arise from doing so.
