You are welcome with or without a diagnosis.<\/li><li>The therapeutic counselling I offer <strong>Neurodivergent couples<\/strong> integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Non-Violent Communication. I\u2019ll provide space for you to share what you are seeking from therapy, and together we will regularly review our progress to ensure we remain aligned with your goals.<\/p><p data-start=\"487\" data-end=\"778\">Most clients choose to meet with me weekly or every other week, though some prefer less frequent sessions depending on their needs and budget. It\u2019s important to note that lower session frequency may mean it takes longer to build the therapeutic relationship and momentum toward your goals.<\/p><p data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"1226\">Many clients continue therapy with me for several years, while others find that a few months provide the support and insight they need to move forward meaningfully.
